Rates
Rates will be discussed when you call to make your first appointment.

From the point of our first contact, every effort will be made to connect you to affordable treatment, be it in conjunction with use of your insurance, or referral to services that may be more affordable.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions before your first appointment:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits? (Keep in mind that I am an out-of-network mental health service provider.)
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session? (It is usually expressed as a percentage, like 80%.)
  • Is preauthorization (e.g. preapproval, precertification) required from my insurance company or primary care physician?

Determining how much you are supposed to pay for fees can be challenging. Thus, we have included a worksheet to use to plug in your personal information (e.g. deductible, copay/coinsurance) towards determining how much you need to pay for each session. Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. You may pay for your appointment online using the Pay Online button to the right of this page OR pay session fees at the start of the therapy session.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
